Warranty Policy

1.Warranty Coverage:

– Merhi Trading warrants the listed product(s) to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the warranty period, starting from the delivery date, under normal use. After this period, service/labor, adjustments, or spare parts may incur charges.

 

2.Geographic Validity:

– This warranty is valid only in Lebanon for products purchased from Merhi Trading.

 

3.Proof of Warranty:

– The warranty card must be presented for claims. If the warranty card is lost, the original invoice or receipt is acceptable.

4.Exclusions:

– The warranty does not cover:

– Regular use of consumable parts such as plastic parts, heads, antennas, broken parts, remote controls, switches, handles, burned lamps, or damage caused by electric current fluctuation.

– Accessories such as carrying cases, batteries, adapters.

– Malfunction or damage due to lightning, natural disasters, military operations, aesthetic modifications, accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse, irregular use, transportation, and improper voltage.

– Malfunction or damage due to incorrect or excessive use.

– Items repaired, improperly installed, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized parties.

– Items or warranty certificates with altered or removed serial numbers.

– Software issues.

– Cases of rust from misuse.

5.Free Services:

– All spare parts and repair services are free under the warranty, except for the exclusions stated in clause 4.

6.Transportation Fees:

– Transportation charges will be covered by the client according to the company’s transportation/region scale.

7.Product Malfunction:

– In case of product malfunction, the warranty guarantees free inspection and repair.

 

These terms and conditions ensure that Merhi Trading provides comprehensive coverage while clearly defining the scope and limitations of the warranty.
