Return & Exchange Policy

 

1.Customer Satisfaction:

   – At Merhi Trading, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it, subject to the terms below.

 

2.How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure you have the following:

– Purchase Date: The item must have been bought within the last 3 months.

– Original Sales Invoice: Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

– Complete Packaging: All original packaging, product manuals, unused products and accessories, and warranty information must be included.

 

3.Exceptions to Return & Exchange Policy:

   – The following items and services cannot be returned or exchanged:

     – Labor, delivery, and/or installation services.

     – Gift Cards.

     – Personal care items.

     – Special orders.

     – Non-defective, opened video games and computer software.

     – Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse.

 

4.Bundles:

   – Items bought together as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

 

5.Refunds:

   – VAT Refund: VAT cannot be refunded after 3 months from the date of purchase in the case of approved returns.

   – No Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are not permitted.

   – Credit Card Payments: Refunds for credit card payments are processed after deducting bank fees and are returned to the customer’s card.

   – Discounted Items: In the case of offers, bundles, promotions, or discounts, goods are returned based on the discounted price.
